What we Offer:
Guided Mobility Sessions
One-on-one support to move better, feel better, and live with more ease.
Guided Mobility is a personalized, hands-on approach to improving flexibility, mobility, and range of motion. In these one-on-one sessions, you'll work with a trained practitioner to target areas of restriction, enhance joint function, and restore fluid movement—whether you're recovering, training, or simply seeking more freedom in your body.
House of Flow: 8-Week Movement Programs
Choose your path. Deepen your practice. Expand your range.
Our 8-week programs are designed to support your movement journey—whether you're seeking the mindful flow of yoga or the targeted precision of mobility training. Each series focuses on a specific theme (like hips, spine, or shoulders) and offers a progressive experience that builds week by week.
You’ll choose between two distinct tracks:
Yoga Program
Explore a variety of yoga styles—including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Breath-led Flow—designed to improve flexibility, body awareness, and mind-body connection. These programs emphasize fluid movement, breathwork, and intentional sequencing to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Mobility Program
Focus on joint health, range of motion, and functional movement through guided mobility drills and intentional flow. These programs are rooted in body mechanics and movement science, helping you build strength, stability, and sustainable flexibility
